1. Mold Assessment: We will first assess the situation and determine if testing is needed
2. Mold Testing: Mold Testing is performed the same day our Environmental Hygienist is at the property. Results will be available to the property owner within 2-3 business days

Mold Estimate: If the estimate is done, our Environmental Hygienist will begin the estimate when at the home or business
Moisture Inspection- We will also perform a Moisture inspection for FREE! Our Environmental Hygienist will visit your home or business to visually determine if Mold Testing or Infrared Testing is needed.
3. Mold Remediation: We will perform the remediation of the mold and shut off areas in the property to prevent the spreading of mold spores
4. Mold Post Testing: We will follow up to post test the areas where mold was present
