Frozen pipes and pipe bursts can be very common in the winter and when temperatures drop.  Our technicians are available 24/7/365 and can extract the water, dryout and begin the rebuild.  Whether it happens during the day or in the middle of the night, our team will make your home or business a priority.

Below are some tips to help prevent your pipes from getting frozen while the temperatures are low.

  • Make sure your outdoor hose is disconnected from your pipes in the winter.  The water inside the hose can freeze, and can back up into your pipes.

  • Apply heat tape around all of your exposed pipes (available at most Home Improvement stores)

  • Allow hot water to drip into sinks and bathtubs that are attached to the outside walls of your property

  • Make sure the leaks outside are not leaking

  • If you have a interior shut-off valve, close and drain your pipes (if you have an interior shut-off valve leading to outside faucets)
